Banking System Upgrade.

What You Need to Know.

We’re excited to announce that our bank will soon transition to a new and improved banking system designed to provide enhanced services, stronger security, improved digital banking tools, and a better overall banking experience for our customers.
This upgrade will allow us to improve overall customer service, enhance our online and mobile banking capabilities, introduce new digital features and tools, increase system efficiency and reliability, and better support future growth and innovation for our customers.
  • Our system upgrade will take place June 26–29.
  • During this time, some banking services may experience temporary interruptions.
  • On Saturday, June 27, our banking hours will be extended from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM to better assist customers during the transition.
  • A dedicated phone line will also be available to help customers verify balances and review account history.
  • Online Banking and Mobile Banking will be temporarily unavailable during the conversion period.
  • Customers will be prompted to reset their password during their first login after conversion.
  • Online Bill Pay will not be available during the conversion window.
  • Payments scheduled between June 25–28 will process on Monday, June 29.
  • Direct deposits, payroll deductions, automatic payments, recurring transactions, and electronic payments are expected to continue processing normally.
  • Paper statements will continue to be available upon request.
  • E-statements will be temporarily unavailable during the conversion period but will resume afterward.
  • Customers are encouraged to download or print important account records or statements prior to the conversion.
  • Customers will continue using their current debit cards during the conversion.
  • Temporary limits during conversion: Point-of-Sale Purchases: $500 daily limit; ATM Withdrawals: $300 daily limit.
  • ATMs will be temporarily unavailable during portions of the conversion period.
Your security remains our top priority throughout this transition. Existing security protocols and protections will remain fully in place during the conversion process, and all customer accounts will continue to be insured by the FDIC.
