Planned System Conversion Updates
Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and ATM services are being restored progressively as final system updates are completed. We appreciate your patience as all services return to full functionality.
Getting Started
- Online Banking: When logging in for the first time, your temporary password is the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN). You will be prompted to create a new password after your initial login.
- Mobile Banking: Download the new Cottonport Bank New mobile banking app to access your accounts on the go.
- Bill Pay & ACH: Please verify your Bill Pay and ACH information, including account numbers, payment amounts, and routing numbers, to help ensure payments are processed accurately.
Temporary Service Updates
As services continue to be restored, you may experience the following temporary limitations:
- Debit cards remain available for purchases and ATM transactions.
- Online Banking and Mobile Banking services may become available at different times as restoration progresses.
- Debit card maintenance and management features within Online Banking may become available later than your account history and balance information. If these features are not immediately visible after you log in, they will be restored as system updates continue.
- Online Bill Pay may not be immediately available.
- Some ATMs may experience intermittent downtime.
- E-statements may be temporarily unavailable while system updates are finalized.

Important Reminder
To avoid duplicate transactions, please take care not to overlap transaction date ranges when downloading transactions after the conversion. Review downloaded transactions carefully before accepting them into your register.
Your Accounts Remain Secure
Customer accounts will remain secure throughout the system conversion process, and all existing security protections and safeguards will continue to remain in place. All customer deposits will remain FDIC insured during the transition. In addition, direct deposits, automatic payments, payroll deductions, and other recurring transactions are expected to continue processing normally.
